The basic structure will remain the same, as explained by the manager of the AAIC, Almudena Bocanegra . 

And, although the new agencies will have their own resources, with a director appointed after calling a public tender, there is no forecast that the staff available to the agency as a whole will increase, close to 500 employees. 

With the departure of Seville from the policies that the new Institute of Plastic and Audiovisual Arts will assume, there is an abundance of a decentralization strategy in favor of the city of Malaga, whose cultural management model (both at the municipal and provincial levels) is closely linked to its tourist projection, it wants to transfer in some way to the community as a whole.
