FAISAL VAWDA'S PRESS CONFERENCE FULL OF CLAIMS: 'IF THERE IS EVIDENCE IN HIS PHONE, COMMISSION SHOULD CALL HIM'

Description:

In today's article we will inform you about the press conference between Faisal Vavda and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. What questions did Faisal Vawda ask Prime Minister Imran Khan and what was his answer?

Pakistan Army Public Relations Chief Major General Babar Iftikhar said that as DG ISPR, he would not like to comment on the 'personal statement' of Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Faisal Vawda. When asked about Faisal Vawda's 'revelations' during a joint press conference with the DGISI on Thursday, the DGISPR refrained from commenting, saying, 'His If there is any evidence in the phone, they should be called in the commission.

It may be recalled that after the press conference held by Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Faisal Vawda on Wednesday night, the party issued a show cause notice to him and suspended his party membership. In this press conference, Faisal Vawda made some claims regarding the death of journalist Arshad Sharif and PTI's long march.

It should be noted that Faisal Vawda, who was part of the cabinet of the former government, claimed last night that "journalist Arshad Sharif was killed in Kenya, which was planned in Pakistan." He also claimed that "before the murder, Arshad Sharif was in contact with the establishment of Pakistan, which according to him had no role in the killing of Arshad Sharif and he was "desirous of returning to the country."

One of his claims was that 'those who are planning this conspiracy do not want to let the long march remain peaceful.'However, after this press conference, his party not only expressed dissociation from his claims, but also party supporters and workers. also started trending against him on social media. On the other hand, according to Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, the claims of Faisal Vawda will be seriously considered, but before that, they will wait for the return of the team that left for Kenya to investigate the murder.

WHAT DID FAISAL VAWDA SAY

Faisal Vawda, who has been a controversial figure associated with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and has been disqualified in a dual citizenship case, made several claims at a press conference centered on Pakistani journalist Arshad Sharif. Faisal Vawda said in a press conference in Islamabad that Arshad was not ready to leave the country. They were threatened that something would happen.

Then he was taken to a place in Kenya, a farm house where no common man of Pakistan can go. He raised the question, "Who chose Kenya?" Who hid in Kenya? Who was Arshad Sharif in contact with in Kenya? While Faisal Vawda claimed the assassination conspiracy during this press conference, he said about the establishment of Pakistan that "the current establishment has nothing to do with the murder of Arshad Sharif." He was ready to come back. Arshad Sharif had a positive relationship with the establishment.

They were in contact and I was part of those contacts. Imran Khan knows everything. He claimed that 'behind this conspiracy are those who want to harm my party, who want to kill people for their own desires and interests.' When asked whether the people who are pointing out names without naming them are part of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Faisal Vawda replied that there are some people who believe in the conspiracy narrative but are not part of it. are.' However, he said that the plotters of the murder are in Pakistan.

Arshad Sharif's mobile phone or laptop will not be found, the evidence has been erased. Arshad Sharif trusted the people who first showed him the direction of Dubai and then Kenya. In response to another question, he said that "Imran Khan did everything in Arshad Sharif's case with good intentions."

It should be noted that former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan has claimed that he came to know about the conspiracy to kill Arshad Sharif, after which he asked Arshad Sharif to leave Pakistan and 'then we threw him out. Sent.' Faisal Vawda, when the journalists present at the press conference insisted on taking the names of the conspirators, he said, "I will take all the names in days."

This is a warning. Some people may be killed by taking names. He said that I was part of positive contacts in Arshad and the establishment. I have evidence in my phone. I am ready to get the phone forensics done. When he was asked if he would show the evidence to the investigation team, his reply was, "I can show the evidence to ISI and MI Military Intelligence, apart from my chairman." In his press conference, Faisal Vawda also claimed that the conspirators in the Long March 'want to drop the bodies'. The real purpose is something else.

WHAT DID FAISAL VAWDA WANT TO SAY

After the press conference of Faisal Vawda, Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry said to a private TV channel that "I did not understand what Faisal Vawda wanted to say." What was the need for this press conference.? However, after this press conference, there was a strong reaction from Tehreek-e-Insaaf. Former Federal Minister Ali Zaidi said that Faisal Vawda tried to harm the Long March.

All channels including PTV showed the press conference which means that Faisal Vavda was launched by Govt. But there was no point in their words. Hamad Azhar said that it is very interesting that PTV showed Faisal Vawda's press conference. PTV does not show the press conference of any leader of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, including Imran Khan. Party leader Asad Umar announced on Twitter that "Faisal Vawda's statement does not represent party policy and ideology."

He said that the Sindh president of the party has been asked on the instructions of Imran Khan to give a show cause notice to Faisal Vawda. Shortly after, Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Zaidi issued a show-cause notice to Faisal Vawda on social media, in which it is said that he violated discipline by making statements against party policy and guidelines. Faisal Vawda was directed to submit a reply within two days as to why his party membership should not be cancelled.

Meanwhile, Faisal Vawda's party membership has been suspended and he has been told that he cannot represent the party on the media. Faisal Vawda said in response to this show and the criticism on himself, "Let my opponents do whatever they want, I stand by what I have said for Arshad Sharif."

I have given a true advice to my party, I have said it before and I am still saying it today that some conspirators can make innocent people scapegoats in our peace march, what is against the party policy in this? After Faisal Vawda's press conference, while party supporters expressed their disappointment and anger on social media, some questioned whether they should not have discussed this with Chairman Imran Khan first.

On the other hand, a user wrote that it seems that there has been a split in Tehreek-e-Insaaf. Journalist Salman Masood wrote that among the people nearby, Faisal Vawda was the first to jump. It will be interesting to see who else does this.

THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY OTHER TESTIMONY

On the other hand, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah while speaking on the program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada on private TV channel Geo News said that the press conference of Faisal Vawda should be taken seriously. All fabric goes to Imran Khan. No further evidence is required. Rana Sanaullah claimed that 'the farm house in Kenya and the two people who were with them, Khurram and Waqar, are being told that they belong to a person who has a long and wide business in Dubai and that media. are also connected to.

Two experienced persons have been sent to get information about these two persons. Until there is confirmation from there, we cannot say anything officially. When Rana Sanaullah was asked about the points being raised by PTI that why PTV showed this press conference, he said that 'The news about Faisal Vawda was running for two hours. They are going to make revelations about the murder, they have the evidence and they are going to expose the people who are involved in the murder.

I myself was waiting to see what he was going to say. "I was curious what evidence they were going to show." Faisal Vawda is one of the famous businessmen of Karachi. They do several businesses, including the business of importing expensive vehicles from abroad. Along with this, they are also fond of driving expensive cars and heavy bikes. Faisal Vawda was associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf as an activist since 2011 and has been working for the party in his constituency in Karachi.

Since he also had US citizenship, he kept coming and going to America during this period. Faisal Vawda's name came to the fore in 2016 when the National Accountability Bureau issued a notice to him to investigate the assets and plots allotted in Karachi. Then, during the general elections held in the country in 2018, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf gave him a ticket from National Assembly Constituency NA-249 from Karachi and he defeated Mian Shehbaz Sharif, the largest opposition party, president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz. He was defeated by more than votes.

Only after the results of these elections, a petition was filed against him in the Sindh High Court, in which he was accused of hiding foreign assets and distorting the facts in the nomination papers. Faisal Vawda was disqualified by the Election Commission of Pakistan for submitting a false affidavit on the issue of dual citizenship along with his nomination papers for the 2018 general elections in February 2022. Earlier in October 2018, he was inducted into the federal cabinet and given the portfolio of the Ministry of Water Resources.

When there was a terrorist attack outside the Chinese Consulate in Karachi in November 2018, Faisal Vawda was seen walking around the affected area with security forces wearing a bulletproof jacket and carrying a pistol, after which he was criticized a lot. In Rory 2019, when the Pakistani Air Force shot down an Indian plane in Pakistan-administered Kashmir and Indian Air Force pilot Abhindan was arrested, Federal Minister Faisal Vawda reached the place where the wreckage of the Indian plane was lying with a pistol.

Faisal Vawda was once again criticized on social media when he brought a military boot to a talk show and placed it on the table in front of him and started criticizing the opposition parties. The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) also banned the talk show for some time.
